The Pulper consists of MS cylindrical shell welded to end cones on either side supported by fabricated legs. On one side of the Pulper, there is a half round sturdy MS base which in turn will be fixed on the foundation.

The Pulper has SS 410 / CA 40 cast impeller fixed on one side of a shaft supported by heavy duty self aligned double row ball bearing enclosed in plumber blocks. The housing is further provided with a stuffing box, gland and GM bush for trouble free operation and sealing.

The Pulper is fixed with a machined trough having a removable type S.S. 304 perforated screen and a bottom outlet. At the bottom of the Pulper, there is a waste removal box with transparent covers for easy and timely operation. The equipment is driven by a separately mounted electric motor.
